Rypplzz
Early-stage and trying to build a company while also running a raise. Deal Box took the fundraising infrastructure off the founders' plate entirely.

For an early-stage founding team, the cost of running a capital raise is not just financial. It is time. It is energy. It is the attention the CEO pulls away from building every day that investor diligence drags on. Josh Pendrick and the Rypplzz team understood this math clearly. The faster they could get investor-ready, and the more of the raise infrastructure they could hand off, the better positioned the company would be.
The Challenge
Early-stage fundraising without infrastructure is a grind. Founders who go through it without a partner spend weeks drafting documents they do not know how to structure, months learning compliance requirements they did not know existed, and significant energy managing investor conversations across channels with no organized process underneath them.
Rypplzz came to Deal Box to short-circuit that learning curve. The goal was to enter the raise already organized, already compliant, and already presenting the company the way investors expected to see it.
What Deal Box Built
Deal Box built the complete raise infrastructure for Rypplzz, covering both phases of the engagement. Phase 1 produced the full investor package: data room, financial model, investor deck, investment brief, Private Placement Memorandum, and subscription book. Everything investors needed to evaluate the company was organized, professional, and in one place before the first conversation happened.
Phase 2 launched the offering and handled the operational side. The company-branded investor portal, the press release, the Deal Box database announcement, and the compliance infrastructure for investor onboarding. AML/KYC, cap table setup, and investor workflow management were all handled by Deal Box, so the Rypplzz team could stay focused on building.
Deliverables

The Outcome
Rypplzz entered their raise with everything in place. The time and energy they preserved by starting with structure, rather than learning it the hard way mid-raise, was the return on the engagement before a single investor conversation happened.
That is the force multiplier. Founders stay focused on building. Deal Box handles the packaging and the investor readiness infrastructure. The raise runs in parallel with the company, not instead of it.
