How does billing work?
After your trial, PRO is billed monthly at $299. There are no setup fees. If your round closes early, your remaining months are on us — we only charge you while you are actively raising.
What happens after my round closes?
Your plan ends and billing stops. Your data room and investor records stay intact. You keep everything you built during the raise.
What is the difference between PRO and Investment Packaging?
PRO is a software subscription. You get the portal, the CRM, the analytics, and the compliance infrastructure, but you handle your own legal structure and offering documents. Investment Packaging is a full-service engagement: we build your entire raise from the ground up, including the investor deck, investment brief, PPM, financial model, and all regulatory filings. PRO is included for 9 months with every Investment Packaging engagement.
Do I need my own securities counsel?
For PRO: yes, you will need your own counsel to draft your offering documents. For Investment Packaging, we coordinate with our legal network to provide full documentation. You can use your own counsel or work with ours.
Does my investor portal show Deal Box branding?
No. Your investor portal runs on your own domain with your logo, colors, and branding. It looks like you built the platform yourself. No Deal Box branding is visible to investors.
