No. Deal Box is not a broker-dealer and takes no transaction-based compensation. Investors are never charged a fee of any kind.

How do I build my portal?

Upload the pitch deck you already have. The portal writes your story, market, terms and team from it, each section a draft with your name on it. Read it over, put your files in the data room, and go live.

Who can see my files?

You choose. Make the whole room public to anyone with the link, or make investors ask first and approve them from one list. Each file also decides on its own: the deck can be open to everyone while the cap table waits for your approval.

Does each company verify me separately?

Yes. Verification is the company's step under Rule 506(c), so each company confirms your status for its own offering. A current letter from your adviser covers it each time.
