How is an investor's score calculated?

From what they actually did in your portal: opened the deck, came back, entered the data room, asked for the papers. Each action adds points, and points decay with a 14-day half-life, so this week counts more than last month.

What do hot, warm and watching mean?

Where an investor sits on the score, with the number beside the name. Hot is a score of 70 or more. A warm lead going quiet shows up as the number falling.

Can I see why someone has a score?

Yes. Click any number and it shows its work: what they did, when, and the points each action earned.

Does the score predict who will invest?

No. It is arithmetic, not a guess. The score adds up events, and it reads nothing outside your raise.

What is the Pulse?

The raise at a glance: how far you are against the target, the weighted pipeline (check size times stage odds), and who needs a call today.

Does the CRM email investors for me?

No. The Pulse tells you who to call today and you send the nudge. Nothing goes out on your behalf.

Who else can see my investor list?

Nobody outside your raise. Your list stays yours.
