The company

Joshua Pendrick, Co-Founder and CEO

For an early-stage team, the cost of running a raise is not only financial. It is time, energy, and the attention the CEO pulls away from building every day that diligence drags on. Josh Pendrick and the Rypplzz team understood that math. The faster they could get investor-ready, and the more of the raise they could hand off, the better positioned the company would be.

The challenge

The challenge

Early-stage fundraising without infrastructure is a grind. Founders who go through it alone spend weeks drafting documents they do not know how to structure, months learning compliance requirements they did not know existed, and real energy managing investor conversations across channels with no process underneath.

Rypplzz came to Deal Box to skip that learning curve: to enter the raise already organized, already compliant, and already presenting the company the way investors expect to see it.

What Deal Box built

What Deal Box built

Phase one produced the full investor package: data room, financial model, investor deck, investment brief, Private Placement Memorandum, and subscription book. Everything an investor needed was organized and in one place before the first conversation.

Phase two launched the offering and ran the operations: the company-branded portal, the press release, the announcement to the Deal Box investor list at the issuer's direction, and the onboarding infrastructure. The verification step, cap table setup, and investor workflow were all run by Deal Box, so the Rypplzz team could stay on the product.

The outcome

The outcome

Rypplzz entered the raise with everything in place. The time and energy they kept by starting with structure, instead of learning it mid-raise, was the return on the engagement before a single investor conversation happened.

That is the multiplier. Founders stay on the company. Deal Box handles the packaging and the readiness. The raise runs beside the business, not instead of it.

“Any early stage company looking to raise funds is going to want to use Deal Box. It will save them a lot of time and energy.”
